Members of the Rio Fest team along with staff members from the Laredo Convention and Visitors Bureau blanketed Houston in a marketing initiative to promote the City of Laredo and 2010 Laredos Rio Fest. The kayak and canoe race slated for October 15 and 16 was well received by the competitors and their families.
